Our Approach
At Highlands Holistic, we focus on treating the whole person using the power of Hypnosis with focused attention, positive suggestion, reframing, and relaxation techniques, rather than just addressing symptoms. Our holistic approach focuses on the alignment of mind, body, and spirit, promoting optimal health and wellness. Additionally, we offer Doula Service for new and upcoming mothers too.

At Highlands Holistic we offer many different holistic healing modalities to assist in our clients healing journey. We specialize in Hypnotherapy. Therefore, we offer a range of Hypnotherapy Services along with Birth Doula services and Life Coaching.
